The UMF-RUHLA MELKUS Glasbach Hill Climb 2026 is a remarkable special edition created exclusively to commemorate the legendary Glasbach Hill Climb in Germany. Designed in New York and Ruhla, this unique timepiece combines modern sporting character with the long tradition of watchmaking in Thuringia and the fascination of the legendary Melkus sports car.

The black dial with the Melkus logo, racing flag motif and striking orange seconds hand immediately evokes the spirit of classic motorsport. Fluorescent hour markers as well as luminous hour and minute hands ensure excellent legibility, even in low-light conditions.

Lightweight, Sporty and Comfortable

The high-strength polycarbonate case with a diameter of 43 mm is exceptionally lightweight and features a screw-down stainless steel case back with a metal threaded core. Thanks to the curved integrated strap design, the watch sits comfortably and naturally on the wrist.

The integrated soft silicone strap with continuous perforation offers excellent wearing comfort and is equally suitable for smaller wrists. This makes the watch an attractive sporty option for both men and women. The strap keeper is printed with the original inscription "Glasbach 2026 Rennen", commemorating the 2026 Glasbach Hill Climb.

Reliable Citizen-Miyota Quartz Movement

Inside beats the proven Citizen-Miyota Caliber 2115. This reliable quartz movement features a classic three-hand display with hours, minutes and central seconds. Miyota specifies an accuracy of approximately ±15 seconds per month and a battery life of around three years. With a height of just 4.15 mm, the movement belongs to Miyota’s robust and highly dependable standard series.

Thanks to the screw-down case back, the battery can easily be replaced by the owner if desired.
