The new Bauhaus brand celebrates the incorporation of the Bauhaus building of the former VEB Uhrenwerke Ruhla and the watch assembly housed therein into the Munich family-run watch company POINTtec.
The building in which the watch brands ZEPPELIN and IRON ANNIE have been produced for decades was built in 1929 in the Bauhaus style based on designs by the famous Jena architectural firm Schreiter & Schlag.

The automatic models Ref. 2162 have a special feature with the large day display at 12 o'clock, which fits perfectly into the minimalist design of the series.
The blue sunburst dial, the two-tone hands, the rounded case and glass give this watch an appearance of quality and elegance, making it the icing on the cake for any look.
Polished stainless steel, extra scratch-resistant K1 safety glass and a movement from the traditional Japanese manufacturer Citizen/MIYOTA, which can be viewed through the glass base, fulfill the promise of the highest quality.
The watch strap is an artfully handcrafted Italian leather strap in corn color, with "Bauhaus" embossing and a length of 20 cm.
The high-quality automatic movement Citizen-Miyota 8285 has 21 jewels, second stop once the crown is pulled in the outer position, 21,600 vibrations per hour, 42 hours of power reserve, a swing rotor that winds on both sides and shock protection. Hand winding also possible.
