What does GMT mean?

A GMT display adds an additional 24-hour hand that can be set independently. This lets you read two time zones at once—without AM/PM confusion.

1. Set the local time with the hour/minute hands.
2. Set the GMT hand to the desired second time zone (e.g., home or destination).
3. The GMT hand then runs in sync and shows the second time on the 24-hour scale.
