Offered is a mechanical Molnija pocket watch from original factory warehouse stock (New Old Stock) of the now defunct Chelyabinsk Watch Factory (Russia). The watch was manufactured in 2004 and is unworn, original and complete.

This is one of the late Molnija models still equipped with the classic Caliber 3602.

Movement: Molnija Caliber 3602

The installed Molnija 3602 is a proven, large-format hand-wound movement, produced almost unchanged for several decades.

Its construction is based on the legendary Cortebert 616, originally produced in Switzerland, whose manufacturing equipment was transferred to the Soviet Union in the mid-20th century. The caliber is known for its robustness, serviceability and long-term reliability – qualities highly valued by collectors.

Motif & background
