The new model of the Tchaikovsky alarm clock line "Swan Lake AVG" is again dedicated to his most famous ballet - Swan Lake. And that's not accidental, as the numbers on the colored alarm clock disc, placed in the center of the clock, were designed and developed in a curvy style. With its curved form, this style is intended to evoke the world-famous ballet, which had its world premiere in 1877 at the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow.
To this day, Swan Lake is part of the standard repertoire of classical ballet companies, and Alexander Shorokhoff's new alarm clock brings that splendor back to life.

The colored disc in the center of the dial is used to set the alarm time and is built into a complex two-layer construction of the dial. In the area at six o'clock there is a small plate with an arrow. If you connect the desired wake-up time exactly with this small arrow, a gentle alarm signal sounds at this time. This alarm disc can be set by a separate crown located in the 11 o'clock area on the case. When the crown is turned clockwise, the disc turns in the opposite direction, i.e. counterclockwise.
The dials are available in different versions. The outer area of the dial of the green variant embodies the softness of the watch with a light mother-of-pearl, the inner alarm disc shines in a rich green. Other colors in blue and red will follow. In the usual "Alexander Shorokhoff" style, the hour and minute hands have been designed with luminescent material for easy reading of the time even at night. The gold-plated hour appliqués underline the glamorous clock.

The engravers of the "Alexander Shorokhoff" watch manufactory have also done a great job in refining the movement. The clockwork was imaginatively engraved and preciously refined. Traditionally engraved motives of the bridges as well as the guilloché of the wheels create a nostalgic feeling. After engraving and polishing, all bridges are gold or rhodium plated and the screws are blued to give the movement a particularly beautiful look. Little by little, a fantastic little work of art is created, which can be admired in all its beauty through a sapphire crystal back.

You can wind the alarm clock with the upper crown or tension the clockwork accordingly - the longer you wind it up, the longer the alarm clock buzzes. (maximum 13 seconds)
The alarm clock then reliably wakes you up at the set alarm time - you can turn the alarm hand in one direction using the upper crown and set the alarm time in this way - of course you can only set the alarm time 12 hours in advance, as there is no 24-hour alarm clock. alarm clock.

When the alarm time is reached, the alarm clock buzzes accordingly - this happens exactly plus/minus 5 minutes.
The best thing to do is let the alarm clock rattle off and only pull it up again when you want to be woken up again! If you want to interrupt the alarm, you can do so by pulling out the crown.
