New brand on stock: the CCCP-Watches! These high-quality watches are manufactured with russian watch mechanics and russian design in the watch fabrication at Poljot-International near Francfort/Main in Germany. "Made in Russia" meets "Made in Germany" - a very good combination!
This watch collection of the brand «CCCP by Poljot-International» has been designed after the best-selling Soviet watch models of the era. Using the original models as prototypes, the spirit of the age as well as the taste and fashion of those years is brought back to life. ...unfortunately, this massive 0302 Wostok Ship´s Clock "5-CHM" has a 8-day caliber - it is so nice to open the heavy bull's-eye designed aluminium 2,8 kg watchcase and to wind the watch that it would be better to do this everyday! This is really an impressive and unusual watch which suits every office, bathroom or wall best - this Wostok was originally made for Soviet Navy's battleships and nuclear submarines. Even nowadays many russian ships and submarines are equipped with this watch. It is very difficult to get this watch from the Wostok company in Tschistopol ( 800km east from Moscow ) but now I managed after nearly 4 years or waiting to get them back on stock. A new member of the Strela family!

...this new Poljot Strela 1252B is a new member of the Poljot Strela Chronographs. These very elegant and very classic Strela 1250, 1251, 1252, 1252B and 1254 belong to my very favorite watches. The 1252B comes without extra costs with a 9010HB brightbrown RIOS leather strap which looks just perfect on this watch. See "News" for details.

From now on I also offer selected watches from Poljot-International! These special Chronographs 6010, 6011, 6012 und 6020 ( you can find them at "News" or "Chronographs" are costly designed and have also a very good price (EUR: 285.- instead of EUR 470.-) The diameter of these Chronographs with 38 mm are similar to the Strela series and therefore interesting for enthousiasts of not too big watches. Regarding big watches, I also have the very new Sturmanskie Chronos "Special" and "44 mm" on stock - see News!

Slava split-time hand stopwatch !

I managed to get some of these extremely rare Slawa Stopwatches with split-time function ( = Rattrapante ) from a CCCP-stock for a reasonable price. These watches are longtime sold out, but I got them in unused condition , produced in the 80´ies with original papers, case opener and styropor-box. This Rattrapante function is one of the most interesting mechanic complications. You can find this watch with the number 1003 on www.Poljot24.de at News with more pictures and all technical details. Also new: the famous Strela Chronograph series ( for example the bestsellers 1250 or 1254 ) is now available with new and clear crystal back - now you can see the nice 3133 Valjoux caliber working...

continues 2009 - and deservedly so! These true classic Strela Chronographs 1250, 1251, 1252 and 1254 are based on the design of the famous Poljot "Schaltradchronographs" from the 60´ies and are timeless precious. Furthermore they are perfect to wear due to their 39 mm diameter and they offer a very good price performance ratio with the standard crystal back. This new Sturmanskie Chronograph 2210 is powered by the Poljot Caliber 31659 ! This caliber is based on the well known Poljot Valjoux caliber 3133 but with an additional second stopp = when you pull out the crown , the watch stopps completely and you can set the time exactly on the second! Very rare due to a limited availability of these rare calibers in Moscow!

In my rubric "News" and "automatic watches" you can find many new automatic watches, like the Moscow Classic Diver Amphibia XL, the Aeronavigator or the Amphibia series. These watches are powered by the well-known Swiss ETA-caliber 2624-2 and the crystal backs make it possible to view this nice caliber at work...
The precious and exclusive Buran automatic-chronographs with the costly ETA-7751 caliber are now available in 3 different versions - you can find them at "Chronographs" page 14 and 15.

No worries, even if this topic would fit the actual climate news, they are certainly not true and - more important - not necessary ! The russian watches are running completely environment-friendly and are non polluting due to their mechanic
